Cool KIDS EVENT.

FREE KIDS DANCE PARTY Free Flow Dance Centre FOR Culture Days Saskatchewan
Join us for a Kids Dance Party with Free flow Dance Theatre, hosted by company dancer Quinlan Sharkey as a part of Culture Days! This party is ideal for children under the age of 14. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We will have DJ Mixed Feelings, disco lights, and performances from Karla Kloeble and Jodie Lonsberry!

Please note, outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio. Please bring clean indoor shoes and a water bottle.

I created this class to help us build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. It's yoga, and more.
When we move, we have more energy, we feel better about ourselves.
When we become aware of "how" we move, we can decrease the risk of injury.
We use the chair as an optional tool to help with balance and bring awareness to our movements.
The ultimate outcome, we become STRONGER, more FLEXIBLE, more RESILIENT. We have LESS PAIN, we SLEEP BETTER. The total package.

When we are strong, our pain reduces, our self esteem rises, we become the role models we want our children to see. In short, WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE.
This class has it all, sculpt, core strength, mindfulness.
Options will be given for all bodies, and all fitness levels.

During the treatment time it will "FEEL" LIKE A FOOT MASSAGE. Yet, it is SO MUCH BIGGER.
Your body calms, circulation is increased, by stimulating reflex points in the foot (using gentle pressure techniques) the bodies system are encouraged to return to homeostasis (your natural balance)
