🤯 Here's a menopause fact that surprises almost everyone...

After menopause, women can actually have lower estrogen levels than men the same age.

It sounds unbelievable, but it's true.

Estrogen isn't just involved in your menstrual cycle. It plays an important role in:

🦴 Bone health
❤️ Heart health
🧠 Brain function and cognition
đź’Ş Muscles and joints
🌸 Vaginal and urinary health

That's why menopause can affect so much more than your periods.

If you've noticed changes in your body, you're not "just getting older." Understanding what's happening hormonally is the first step toward finding solutions that work for you.

Knowledge is empowering—and you deserve evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions about your health.

Menopause before age 45—or menopause caused by surgery—deserves special attention. 💛

When estrogen declines earlier than expected, or suddenly after surgery, the effects can go far beyond hot flashes or changes to your menstrual cycle.

Early or surgical menopause is associated with a higher risk of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive decline over time. Symptoms may also feel more intense because of the more dramatic change in estrogen levels.

The encouraging part is that there are options.

Professional guidelines recommend discussing menopausal hormone therapy with your healthcare team as soon as possible when it is safe and appropriate for you.

The goal is not to create fear—it is to make sure women understand that early menopause can have important long-term health implications and that support is available.

đź’› Early menopause deserves early support.

If you have experienced menopause before age 45 or surgical menopause and want to better understand what this may mean for your health, book a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with me.
