Some places just feel like home before you ever live there.

Last year, after visiting Grande Cache, I had a tarot reading that told me my soul belonged in these mountains I didn’t believe it at the time but I do now. At the time, it felt like a dream. Now I’m here, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at peace.

I’ve spent my days exploring trails, watching wildlife, meeting incredible people, and even beginning my journey into equine massage. I’m still very new to working with horses, but it’s already been one of the most rewarding experiences and has challenged me to grow in ways I never expected.

This move has changed me. I’m becoming someone new… or maybe just becoming more myself.

I wanted to share this little glimpse into my world and thank everyone who’s continued to follow along on this journey. 🤍🏔️

✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

After so many incredible memories built through Soo Good Massage and Shannon Young Mobile RMT, I wanted to officially share that I’ve relocated to the breathtaking mountain town of Grande Cache, Alberta. 🏔️🤍

To all of my amazing clients from Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding area thank you! Thank you for trusting me with your care, supporting my small business, and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. I already miss seeing so many familiar faces.

When I announced the move, I was honestly overwhelmed by the number of people who reached out asking me not to delete this Instagram account and instead keep it going so they could follow along with my next adventure. That meant more to me than you know, so rather than starting over, I’ve decided to rebrand this page and bring you all with me. 💛

So far, Alberta has been everything I hoped it would be. I’ve spent time hiking, exploring the incredible mountains, slowing down, and taking some much-needed rest and self-care. It’s been the perfect reset.

Now, I’m feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to get back to doing what I love.

I’m so excited to introduce Grande Cache Wellness and to become part of this amazing community. Whether you’re a longtime client following my journey or someone new discovering this page, welcome! I can’t wait to see where this next chapter leads.

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to relocate out west. Soo Good Massage will be closing at the end of May.
