Healing is rarely linear. 🌀
One of the patterns we often speak about in Reiki is the spiral of healing. It can feel like you’re back in the same place again. Like you’ve slid backwards or returned to something you thought you had already moved through.

But often, you’re not going back at all. You’re simply meeting the same theme from a different level of the spiral with more awareness, more capacity, and a deeper layer ready to be seen and released.

The spiral reminds us that healing is not a straight line. It’s a returning, a deepening, and an unfolding over time.

What feels like repetition is often refinement. ✨✨✨

Whatever you give your attention to: your thoughts, your relationships, your gratitude, your beliefs, your work, "good" or "bad" habits, your intentions, certain memories - those are the areas your energy strengthens and deepens.

Because wherever you go in your mind... your energy follows.

And what you return to, again and again, is what begins to grow.

In other words: What you focus on GROWS!

So maybe today, just choose one thing that feels in alignment with who you wish to be, or feels expansive, joyful and meaningful… and spend a little more time giving it your attention. 😊💖🙌✨
