​Five episodes of Pursuit of Jade later, my body woke up asking who hit me with a truck. Absolute proof that we are human too, and we definitely aren’t immune to terrible bed posture!

3 ways to hit 'reset' on tech neck 🛑👇

​If you spend your week glued to a screen or looking down for work, your cervical spine is taking the heat. Forward-head posture forces your neck muscles to work overtime and can even restrict blood flow to your head—leaving you feeling stiff, tense, and sluggish.

​Here is a quick decompression reset:
​1️⃣ Passive Cervical Traction – Gently separating compressed joints.

Ever tried stretching out a pinched sciatica nerve, only to feel it flare up even worse? ✋️

If you caught our last post, you know that some stretches (like the Figure-4) can actually pull on an already irritated sciatica nerve, creating more friction and inflammation.

​Your sciatic nerve doesn’t want to be aggressively yanked or stretched—it wants to slide.

​When a nerve is restricted by tight muscles or joint tension, it gets bound down. Instead of forcing a deep stretch, we use a technique called nerve flossing. Think of it like dental floss: we are gently pulling from one end while relaxing the other to help the nerve glide smoothly through its pathway.

​⚠️ The Golden Rule of Flossing: This should NOT hurt. You are not looking for a deep, burning muscle stretch. Keep the movements fluid, gentle, and within a pain-free range. Repeat each 10–15 times.
