Our whipped tallow moisturizer is not made with frankincense essential oil alone…

This formulation contains a frankincense resin extract infusion carefully incorporated into jojoba oil before being blended into whipped grass fed tallow.

Why does that matter?

Boswellic acids, some of the most valued compounds found in frankincense resin, are not present in frankincense essential oil and are not easily extracted from raw resin through simple oil infusion alone.

Grass fed tallow is naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K along with beneficial fatty acids that help support the skin barrier, lock in moisture, and soften dry skin.

Frankincense resin extract contains boswellic acids, compounds traditionally valued for their soothing and restorative properties. In skincare, boswellic acids are often used to help calm the appearance of redness, support the skin barrier, improve the appearance of dry or stressed skin, and promote a smoother, healthier looking complexion.

This moisturizer is crafted using whipped grass fed tallow, jojoba oil infused with frankincense resin extract, frankincense essential oil, and vanilla essential oil.

Freshly poured solid dish soap is curing beautifully ✨🧼

Handmade in small batches and poured into reusable ramekins, these natural dish soaps are made to cut through grease while keeping everyday kitchen routines a little simpler and more intentional.

The creamy swirls on top came from pouring at a thick trace by hand — every batch turns out slightly unique.

Whipped Tallow Moisturizer is back.

Made with grass fed and finished beef tallow, frankincense resin extract infused in jojoba oil, and finished with frankincense and vanilla.

Bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis) is one of those plants that demands respect.

This early spring woodland herb pushes up delicate white flowers, but beneath the surface lies a vivid red-orange rhizome that has long been used in traditional herbal practices. Historically, it was valued for its strong stimulating and antimicrobial qualities and used externally for skin applications in very specific, controlled ways.

But here’s the truth most people gloss over: bloodroot is not a gentle herb. It is powerful, caustic, and can damage healthy tissue if used improperly. Internal use is not recommended, and even topical use requires deep knowledge and caution.

Energetically, it’s often associated with protection, boundary-setting, and deep cleansing—working on both physical and symbolic levels.

Bloodroot reminds us that not all medicine is soft. Some plants are here to teach discernment.
