These before-and-after photos were taken immediately following a lymphatic drainage treatment on one of my clients.

While the visible results are amazing, reduced puffiness, improved facial contours, and a more refreshed appearance, the biggest difference is often how my clients feel afterward.

Many people report feeling lighter, less swollen, less congested, more energized, and simply more comfortable in their own bodies.

Lymphatic drainage supports your body's natural drainage pathways, helping move excess fluid and encouraging overall wellness from the inside out.

Not every client will see such dramatic immediate visual results, which is exactly why I wanted to share these photos. This was a great example of what can happen in just one session.

As our community has seen, there are some changes happening within the wellness space in Sexsmith.

While we wish Tracy and Kristine all the best in their next chapter, I want to take a moment to acknowledge what this transition means for Pink Mountain Healing and the future of wellness services in our community.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue providing a space where people can access healing, wellness, and self-care right here in Sexsmith. What started as a small vision has continued to grow because of the trust and support of this amazing community.

As part of this next chapter, I am excited that two wonderful businesses will continue serving our community alongside Pink Mountain Healing.
