I've expanded my ability to take the pressure off my patients!

I heard some patients say they want to receive a relaxing massage without discussing health history or any assessment. So, I created a relaxation massage option, free of extra chit chat.

Some patients have asked for longer appointments, so I now offer: 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour long appointments!

While my preferred area of practice is improving range of motion and decreasing pain to keep you functional, I am better able to offer simple relaxation massage therapy on a monthly basis for those needing a reset.

I'm all caught up from my cancelations back in the Spring and fully relaxed and recharged from my BC trip. I have a number of new patients waiting to join my practice whom I will be calling, slowly but surely, over the next few weeks. If you would like on that list, please send me a message. Take care!

I'm recovering from 3 weeks of bronchitis. Online booking is closed until July while I work to rebook those that had to be canceled during my illness. Please be patient, I will be calling everyone soon.

Any new patients that haven't already spoken with me or managed to book in before I closed my schedule will have to wait until later this year.

Should you be experiencing any signs of illness, (cough, runny nose, scratchy throat etc), please cancel your appointment until you have fully recovered. It is the only way I can keep my door open for the rest of the community. 💓

Unfortunately, I have a cold and the clinic will be closed until I am symptom free. I will be canceling my patients each morning that I awake with symptoms as I hope you would do the same for me. Take care until I can treat you again.

Much gratitude to Sheet Harbour and the Eastern Shore for this career first. I managed to welcome 100 new patients into my care in the first 4 months of opening my clinic! I greatly appreciate everyone for their patience as I learned of your wants and needs and triaged those managing acute and chronic pain. More people are finding their way to my table each week and I'm so happy to make myself available to you and yours.
