My son, Lance Bernard, 26, recently was assaulted and sustained a severe brain trauma injury that has left him with some medical challenges and is unable to work at this time. He has other challenges as well that will need to be addressed in the coming weeks. We are fundraising to make sure he receives treatments and will not have to be on year long waiting lists, as his brain injury rehabilitatio
n is urgent if he is to be able to meet the other serious challenges in his life.
