Body Code Isn't About Fixing You
One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is believing that something is "wrong" with you
I don't believe that one bit.
I believe our bodies are incredibly intelligent.
Sometimes all it needs is someone to listen.
Body Code is designed to help identify energetic imbalances that may be contributing to physical discomfort, emotional stress, or other challenges.
Rather than asking:
"What's wrong with me?"
Body Code asks:
"What is my body trying to tell me?"
That simple shift changes everything.
Healing often begins with understanding.

The caregiver.

When someone passes they never truly leave, they are always there. You’ll find signs from them. For me Kenton connects with me in so many ways. He’ll turn my pantry light on, he’ll leave dimes, deer will show up, birds will make eye contact, feathers show up in the most random places, and he’ll speak to me through songs or social media posts. The thing is, you need to be open, you need to be slowing down and listening. Our loved ones are always around, it’s up to us to listen and learn their new language. Emotions Don't Just Disappear
We often hear...
"Just let it go."

The Energy You Can’t See Still affects You
Just because you can’t see energy, doesn’t mean it isn’t affecting your life
Think about the wind
You can’t see it…
But you can feel it
Energy works much the same way
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt uncomfortable?
Or met someone who instantly made you feel calm?
That’s energy
Our bodies are constantly storing experiences, emotions, stress, and even energetic patterns we haven’t fully processed
Sometimes the anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, or feeling of being “stuck” isn’t because you’re broken
Sometimes your energy simply needs attention

This is why I love Reiki!

It’s a gentle reminder to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax, release, and begin healing
Healing doesn’t always have to be hard
