Taller internacional de Tai Chi en la isla de La Palma (Islas Canarias, España), mayo de 2026

El último fin de semana de mayo de 2026, celebramos el segundo Taller Internacional de Tai Chi en la isla de La Palma (España).

Asistieron 63 participantes de Canadá, Reino Unido, Baleares, Madrid, Lanzarote, Tenerife y La Palma.

Bajo la dirección del instructor Mehrab Khan, exploramos el Tai Chi desde diversas perspectivas, para comprender los distintos métodos desarrollados por el Sr. Moy y aplicarlos a nuestra práctica con el fin de obtener y compartir los beneficios de la alquimia taoísta.
