Hi my name is Karen. Many know my passion for resistance/strength training Action 24 Fitness 💪🏽

I also have deep passion for Yoga. I became a certified Yoga Instructor November 2024.

I have been teaching yoga classes since January 2025🧘‍♀️

In resistance training, it takes one rep at a time to improve strength and increase the weight lifted, yoga also begins with one pose at a time to gain confidence, strength in the pose with stability and increased flexibility.

I invite you to join me for my Strength & Stability Yoga classes at Action 24 Fitness on Wednesdays 5:30-6:30PM.

PRICING: $10 per class or
$80 for a 10 class package!

Hi, my name is Karen from Heroic Cynergy.

I teach Hatha and Yin Yoga at The Healing Nook.
The Healing Nook is a cozy and welcoming space to practice yoga.
SEPTEMBER BEGINNINGS/FRIENDSHIPS OFFERING

I teach on Mondays (7:30PM) Wednesdays (4PM) Thursdays (5:30PM) - see schedule below

Choose a class that works for you. If you choose one of my yoga classes, your first class with me is *FREE. Bring a friend and their first class will also be free, if you both register for a class package, YOU will get an additional free class in gratitude for the referral. AND, if your friend makes a referral, that individual's first class with me is *FREE, if she/he register for a class package, YOUR FRIEND will receive an additional free class...and so on and so on🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♀️

*The fee for a drop-in class is $20.

Start your day with an energizing and grounding blend of Hatha/Yin yoga.
Bring your water bottle and your mat, or borrow one of ours at the studio. Props are also available for use or welcome to bring your own.
This Rise & Shine yoga class is suitable for all levels and continues until TUES SEPT 01.
