Celebrating Summer Solstice and Father's Day with a special Yoga class on Friday, June 19 at 5:30PM.
Bring your mat and water bottle
and come join us The Healing Nook
This special class is a comfortable blend of Hatha/Yin yoga suitable for all levels. Modifications and props are available. Cost is $20 per person or $30 for two when you bring a family member or friend.
Complimentary oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies and ice tea for all participants

We are doing something new and collaborative on June 2nd! If you’re curious about and your we’d love to see you there! There will be an amazing opportunity to meet with Leslie Spicer .bodies.studio, level 4 fascial stretch therapist to learn about and its benefits. Often these 2 services are separate, but on June 2nd you could experience them both! will be there to give you tips on prevention and Lisa, our gracious host will be there to bring it all together in her beautiful space.
