I have clients come to me all the time after many visits with quick adjustments.. drive through back cracks, that are just not getting anywhere with true recovery.

Now don’t get me wrong I’ve had some acute issues that have done great with quick fixes, but chronic issues need a deeper level of attention for the body to release. They need the brain waves to slow down enough to let the bodies “unwinding process” to actually occur. Healing does not occur when the brain is in active action mode.

The real magic occurs in the “space between” as I call it. The place between awake and asleep.

As a stubborn woman I always prefer a gentle invitations vs a forced “you must do this” experience. The body is no different.

If you want to get the most out of your healing choose practitioners that get you to that “sleep zone” and rest rest rest after. Don’t make plans after a treatment. As for the next 24 hours your body is still doing its work

Building blood and yin keeps us females in our most feminine form. We embody the qualities of yin. Another great help for anxiety, restlessness etc are minerals. Check out tissue salts as another support. They are the building blocks to every function in the body. We need minerals

We can be both…

We can be moving through a time of grief and also be having a great time with loved ones.

We can be sad and one thing and also feel abundant at the same time.

We can crave routine and also be exhausted from the same monotonous life.

We can love being a parent and also wish for more time on our own.

Being one doesn’t cancel the other thing out. It just means we have layers and it’s totally ok to feel and experience it all. Sometimes simultaneously.

It’s never just as simple as you’re happy and that’s the only feeling or experience you’re having.

“It can be both” is a saying that really resonates in my soul.

I love to be with people but I crave ALL the solo time at the same time. I feel this saying really gives you permission to be all of the things at once

The emotion of joy is connected to the fire element…summertime that we’re in.

when we have so much joy in our world, we can end up with an imbalance. Sounds crazy… I know.

Too much joy in your world will start to scatter your qi.

You can become more anxious, you may even have insomnia or you just feel the sense of chaos in your body. This is a clear sign that joy is creating a pathology.

So the remedy for this is slowing down, anchoring into presence, becoming really intentional with everything that you’re doing
bringing more water into your body
swimming in water,
having cooling foods,
quitting any stimulants
Take a dose of aconitum 200 C which is a homeopathic for shock
because we’re in the fire element connection is so important, we want positive connection.

go for craniosacral therapy,
acupuncture,
breath, work, or any modality that helps Centre and bring your qi back.

Addiction is often associated with this fiery nature in our body so go to an acupuncturist and get a five point ear protocol. It will help bring everything back to the center.
