I was never a massage 'enthusiasist'. I know, weird! 😱
I went to a couple of relaxation massages in the past and I did not really experience a huge benefit.

THEN, a coach I was working with told me that getting a massage from a registered massage therapist could help me RELEASE & let go of 'stuff'. 💡

Suddenly, I saw the VALUE. And magically, an ad popped up in my feed for a local RMT.
(When the student is ready the teacher appears)
I booked a session and have tried to consistently book a session with her each quarter.

It is so important to have rituals for clearing out 'all the things' we pick up and carry around each day. Unprocessed emotions, mistakes, doubts, and all the weight of other's expectations for us.

What are your rituals for letting go & releasing what is not serving you?
