Birth balls can be such a great tool during pregnancy and labour! 💛

Since my last birth though... mine has doubled as a toddler trampoline and survived a few questionable encounters with the radiator. Safe to say it’s lived many lives. 😅

Did you know the HSC keeps birth balls in every birth room? Have a little peek in the bathroom when you arrive!
