When we live in stress, anger, fear, anxiety, or resentment, life can feel heavy. Many people call this “3D” living in survival mode, where fear often makes our decisions.

When we choose gratitude, kindness, joy, compassion, forgiveness, and love, our energy rises. We become more present, more peaceful, and more connected. Many refer to this as “5D” living from a place of awareness, purpose, and love.

This doesn’t mean life is always easy or that we never struggle. It means we have a choice. Every act of kindness, every grateful thought, every moment of forgiveness, and every decision made from love instead of fear raises the energy we bring into the world.

The energy you carry becomes the energy you share.

Babe’s Pilates Reformer room is officially open…and honestly, it looks amazing 🤩 . The space feels like calm meets power, and I couldn’t be happier to share the same home base 👏
