While the calendar date may have shifted, the intention remains the same. A sacred evening to honour the light, abundance, growth, and magic of the season. Join us by the water for a guided meditation, sound healing experience, intention setting, and connection as we welcome summer together.

As the longest day of the year arrives, we’re gathering in a beautiful private lakeside setting to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the energy of a new season with intention.

The Summer Solstice has long been honored as a time of renewal, gratitude, growth, and light. Together, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with ourselves, and receive the healing frequencies of sound beneath the evening sky.

For your comfort, guests are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else that will help them settle into a cozy, restorative experience. We will also have Summer Solace by Desert Bloom available for use, a natural botanical mist to help create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere throughout the evening. Created with citronella, lavender, cedar, and sweet orange, it was thoughtfully blended to help naturally discourage insects for a more comfortable experience.

There is a version of you beneath the stress, beneath the overthinking, beneath the expectations of the world. A version that remembers how to breathe deeply. How to be present. How to simply exist without needing to fix, achieve, or carry everything at once.

At Echoes of Light, we create space for that version of you to emerge.

Join us lakeside as the sun begins to set for an evening of guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit. Surrounded by nature and held in community, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Join us as we gather beneath the energy of the Summer Solstice. The longest day of the year and a beautiful invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner light.

Through guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, and restorative sound healing, we’ll create a space for renewal, gratitude, and intention. Together, we’ll honor the season of growth while gently releasing what no longer serves us, allowing the frequencies of sound to support balance, clarity, and peace.

Whether you’re seeking rest, reflection, healing, or simply a moment to slow down, this experience welcomes you exactly as you are.

In my grandmother’s final moments, I sat beside her and shared the gentle frequencies of a singing bowl which she described as ‘pretty’. Even as words became harder to find, I truly believe she could still feel love, presence, softness… peace. The vibrations filled the room in a way that felt sacred, like a quiet reminder that she was not alone.

This experience changed me. It reminded me how important it is to simply be present with people in their pain. Not to fix it. Not to rush grief away. Just to sit beside someone in their darkest moments with love, tenderness, and compassion. Even when it’s one of the hardest things you’ve ever had to witness.

Sometimes healing is not found in words. Sometimes it’s found in presence, in touch, in music, in frequencies… in being willing to stay when things feel heavy.
