Monday nights will be all about learning and setting goals for improved health.
For the runners in the crowd, SL Physiotherapy & Coaching is offering a Spring Running Series.
For those that are struggling with, arguably the most important factor affecting our health, SLEEP. EG Occupational Therapy is offering a series of workshops for those with insomnia. Pre-registration is required.
Then we will shut down our evening with Live Elements Yoga Vinyasa Yoga.
SPRING RUNNING SERIES
This has been planned in my mind for a while with some difficulty pinning down days. So, last minute but first date is TONIGHT!! However, we’re going to start virtually right here on FB today.
Mondays at 530pm through June we’ll chat about all things running then take it to the trails. Approximately 30minutes of education and 30minute run / walk starting at The Trailhead Wellness Collective.
Absolutely suitable for beginners and those that want to get back to running injury free.
