Preparing for a different kind of Art venue to connect nature and beauty with others. Trying to support fellow humans to move forward as best as they can today. Its taking quite a bit of effort to stay sane and find some sense of peace and joy in the day. My creative and spiritual mind pushes me forward. I stay engaged and focused on painting it out whatever it is.
My current work now is to build inventory for a potential Art show in the Park in the spring. My subject is the Blue Heron, Eagles and forests of the Chilliwack Valley and our BC parks.
Here are a few of what I have completed so far.Lets celebrate together our Province and its beautiful BC parks together. If you happen to have any photos of your own please send me some as I haven't visited all of what BC has to offer.

Its been quite a long time since I posted. Like many struggling with these unsettling times I live in the roller coaster of information overload and feel the ill confidence of others that believe they are in charge of my life. No one can take away my creativity or abilities to share love and kindness towards others. World events challenge me and yet all there is to remember we are connected. I am not alone. My "God" connects me to others through creativity and art. I tell the story through the lens of an artist. My goal is to be the "flash light" to see something different about your world. Consider diving into your creative being, it is a way through the darkness.
I made a choice today instead of wallow in fear to walk and promote my renditions of the beautiful places we have in BC and Canada, to visit and explore. No one can take this from you as long as there is a physical body on earth. No one can take your imagination, hopes and dreams.
I have started new paintings, as all my past work has been sold along with the home my husband and I built in Nova Scotia. An artist's dream, to feel the success and admiration of another for their work. The paintings were of the East Coast seascapes and forests. Many of which were suited for the beach home to create the ambiance of peace and solitude. Please browse through the photos of them.

Host this creative event and invite your friends. To experience joy and connection using mixed mediums. Together we will explore the creative being you really are. Christina's instruction and personality creates an environment of trust for each individual to feel safe and willing to stretch your mind. There is no such thing as errors or mistakes in my class. A calm and nurturing environment among friends.
3 hours of instruction to learn about paint, style, light and composition and using your own insight. Your host may choose floral, mountains or trees.
You will leave with a completed 12’ x 12’, 1 1/2” depth painting. All paint and brushes and mediums are supplied. Bring your own paint shirt. Cost is $50.00 per person. Hostess is complimentary.
