Clover Leaf Massage Therapy & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable person to join our growing clinic.
The role includes:
• Welcoming & assisting patients
• Answering calls, emails & booking appointments
• Payments & direct billing
• Supporting practitioners & daily clinic operations
• Managing inventory & supplies
• Laundry & light tidying of common areas
• General administrative tasks
• Some remote administrative work available
We’re looking for someone who is warm, professional, dependable, organized, and enjoys being part of a relaxed, collaborative environment.
✨ Reception or customer service experience is an asset.
