One month in and she’s already a different person, and it has nothing to do with the scale.

She came in wanting structure, a plan built around her life and her home gym, and someone in her corner to keep her accountable. That’s exactly what we built together.

The Russian twist is one of the best exercises for your obliques (abs), but only when done correctly.

Keep your chest tall, heels on the ground, and rotate from your torso slightly, not just your arms. Control the movement on both sides and don’t let your back round.

Done right, this one will have your core working harder than you think.

Traveling for work doesn’t mean your goals have to wait.

Seated hip adduction with a band or machine, this one’s a glute builder.

Lean forward slightly, chest tall, hips back, and go slow and controlled with a strong mind-muscle connection. That’s what makes the difference.
