Homemade fruit gummies!!
1lb of your favourite fruit/veggies.
Juice of 2 lemons
3.5 tsp of Agar Agar powder
1/3 cup honey.
Blend 1lb of your favourite fruits/veggies along with the juice of 2 lemons, and 3/4 cup of water.
Add to pot with your agar agar and stir constantly until it boils. Remove from heat, add honey and stir for another 2 minutes.
Add to molds, let them hang out in your fridge overnight and voila.. you’ve got about 300 of these tasty things that you and the kiddos will both love!
Tip! Amazon sells both the mini candy molds and agar agar, you can have the stuff by this weekend to try!

Great seeing all the parents last night at the Sussex Elementary open house! For those of you that missed it, offers lots of pediatric services including dietetic, occupational therapy, physio and more!

Do your kiddos love granola bars, but wanting to cut out some of the unnecessary ingredients? These granola bars taste much better, have 7 ingredients, are WAAY cheaper, and come together in 10 minutes! 2 cups quick oats 1/4 cup h**p hearts 1 cup rice crispies 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 4 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips - 1. Melt butter, honey, and brown sugar in a pot. Let it come to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low for an extra 2 minutes. 2. Pour mixture over the oats, h**p hearts, and crispies mixture and combine. 3. Add to a parchment lined pan, top with chocolate chips and press the mixture to compact. 4. Put in the fridge to cool, and enjoy!!
