I’ve honestly lost count of how many customers came in this week and said, “I saw this post and came in to try your coffee.” That means so much to my small local business!

A huge thank you to the Sydney Public Market and the Multicultural Association of Cape Breton for helping spread the word. And, of course, an even bigger THANK YOU to all of our new and returning customers who continue to support us and make this little café a success.

IT'S OFFICIAL! The Sydney Public Market at the NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus will OPEN every Saturday until December! 🥳🥳🥳

It was such a great summer of supporting our local food producers, independent businesses and newcomer entrepreneurs and we are thrilled to share that we can continue shopping local every Saturday from 10-2!

But we need your support.

The Sydney Public Market is an initiative of the Multicultural Association of Cape Breton, a grassroots and volunteer-led non-profit organization. MACB does not receive any operational funding to operate the Sydney Public Market.

Cruise ship day! Today’s personal highlights included meeting visitors from Woodbridge, New Jersey; Syracuse, New York; and Tallahassee, Florida.

I was especially happy to meet folks from Winter Haven, Florida who were visiting our next-door neighbours in Margaree! 🌲🌳
