Over 90,000 Canadians live with MS, and every experience is different. This important Canadian research study through Nova Scotia Health is exploring how factors like age, gender, ethnicity, location, and lived experience may impact health and care for people with MS.

The study is fully remote and includes 4 phone interviews over 3 years, plus simple at home measures and a saliva sample for genetic analysis.

Participants will receive Amazon e gift cards as compensation for their time 💛

We talk a lot about advocating for your health, but sometimes that journey is long, exhausting, and deeply personal.

Today we recognize Jessica, our incredible office manager, who recently underwent extensive endometriosis resection surgery after decades of navigating chronic pain and searching for answers.

She spent years advocating for herself, doing the research, asking the hard questions, and pushing for the level of care she knew she deserved.

Jessica’s journey is a powerful reminder of why Bayside does what we do: EVERYONE deserves access to the right care, current information, and a team that supports them along the way.

It takes real strength to keep showing up, not just to work, but to life, while managing that kind of pain.

If you or someone you know is struggling with chronic pain, know that you’re not alone and support does exist.

Welcome Dr. Plume! Thrilled to have more healthcare access for patients in Clarksburg and the surrounding Blue Mountains 🩵

The Town is pleased to welcome Dr. Julie Plume as a new family physician practicing at the Clarksburg Medical Group.

Dr. Plume brings extensive experience and strong community knowledge, having practiced in the local region for more than 12 years, including work at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital and coverage for family practices and emergency departments in the area.
