TENS (Pain Relief): Uses low-voltage electrical currents directed at surface nerves to block pain signals from reaching the brain and to stimulate endorphin release. It produces a comfortable tingling sensation and is used for chronic or acute back pain, neck pain, and joint soreness.

EMS (Muscle Stimulation): Sends pulses deeper into the muscle tissue to prompt involuntary muscle contractions. It is utilized to prevent disuse atrophy, retrain muscles post-injury, and assist with physical rehabilitation.

REFLEXOLOGY AND THE SKELETAL SYSTEM

Reflexologists can not cure. HOWEVER, people have used reflexology to decrease pain and discomfort they experience due to a "skeletal condition" they may have. In this image you get the idea of how our skeleton is mapped on the feet. 1200 nerve endings in the feet guys!!! By focusing on specific points on the feet that correspond to the skeletal system, reflexologists are able to decrease the pain & create a state of balance (homeostasis), and self healing within the body.
