Bitch About Endometriosis

Hey everyone. I know this is an endometriosis page, but I want this opened to anyone that is hurting in any way. I want this to be a page where people can share or offer any advice or relief for anyone suffering from anything. With that being said, I do have cervical dystonia, which in the last month has completely taken over my life and there’s been so much pain. I am told the only relief is Botox and I’m worried it won’t be covered. Is there anyone out there that can offer advice on what they have done that helped, or if they have used Botox and was it covered. I live in Ontario and I do have benefits, but they will not tell me what they cover until I have a form filled out by my neurologist.

If you need to do anything when you wake up, to help with hormones or keep yourself smiling and calm, try these things:

Take a walk
Do a little workout
Get some natural sunlight
Ground yourself by walking bare feet in the grass

This is so important. We always look at one thing, but we’re not looking at everything that could seriously affect us and our endometriosis. One of the main things that I think people forget is how much food can really mess with us. Because there’s so much estrogen and hormones put into our food that we’re not realizing that it’s affecting us and sometimes making it worse.

I realized that after my hysterectomy and having Endo and being on hormone replacement therapy, that my gut and my moods were being seriously affected.

That’s why I brought Happy Juice into my life so that I can really start to heal myself.

this won’t always help everyone, but at least it’s a tool that can alleviate some stressors and work on your gut micro biome.
