Do ever find it difficult to set boundaries? 🙋🏾‍♀️

Sometimes we can be fearful of what our friends, family, co-workers, or even partners might say or feel if we say "No."🤦🏾‍♀️

But learning to say no is an important part of self-care. 🤗
