Today is Dhanwantari Diva, Ayurveda Day in celebration of the divinity of Ayurveda, the healing & medical tradition gifted to us from our Indian Elders over thousands of years.
The moment Ayurveda came into my life, it has and continues, to carry me through my vocation, healing, and service in this life. I am profoundly grateful to receive the blessing and honour to learn, journey, practice, and teach from this potent & transformative healing medicine.
I want to give all my gratitude to all my teachers and specifically those who have instilled Ayurveda into my whole life.
My longtime Guru Vaidya Dr. Amruta Athale .amruta_athale who I continue to study and journey with. Please make sure you connect with her if you wish to learn or deepen your knowledge & practice of Ayurveda!
My Sifu Grandmaster Dr. Hon, Sat Chuen who has always kept me on the path and revealing and intersecting the shared healing traditions within all Traditional Asian Medicines (TAM).

Join the Rev. Dr. Alison Hari-Singh & I this Sunday 1030am at St. Andrew-by-the-Lake Anglican Church (on Ward’s Island) for a “Holy Conversation” & special music from St. Hildegard von Bingen in honour of her Feast Day.

I’ve had the blessing to study and practice her theology, music, medicine, and spirituality for over 3 decades, and a couple years ago journeyed to Germany along the Rhine for a pilgrimage to all the places she ministered to…a life changing experience!

We are looking forward to sharing with all of you a bit of this special being in history who’s work still is alive and is so powerfully healing!

A 10-Week Series on:
“Ayurvedic-Yoga & Qigong-Taijiquan for Harmonizing the most Vitiating Vata-Season of the Year”

September 15 to November 24
(no class on Oct 13th)

Come to one or both of these back-to-back classes in-person or online. I strongly recommend to attend both if you are able!

I am so honoured to be offering a specially curated program focused deeply on a therapeutic practice from two powerful lineage-based somatic practices. It is for all levels of practitioners as I will be diving deep into both the physical & subtle anatomy-physiology of all the somatic movement-forms offered, with an accessible method that will be trauma-informed and practical for you to integrate into a daily sadhana (cultivation practice).

Yoga Alliance continuing education credits will be available for YA teachers.

630p-725p: Ayurvedic-Yoga
(10 minutes bio/tea-break)
735p-830p: Qigong-Taijiquan

Investment:
$180 for all 10 weeks
$25 for full class per week
