There’s no other industry I would rather dedicate my life to ❤️ whether it’s peak performance, rehabilitation, or general fitness and wellbeing. There’s so much to constant learn and continue to grow.

When I first started studying, I felt so out of place like I didn’t belong here because I never met the “beauty standards” but I persisted. I kept telling myself there’s more to exercise science than your physique and eventually I started to believe it. I started to enjoy the process, building strength and teaching form and showing others the beauty of exercise beyond the physique changes. How it changes us mentally, the reduced risk of chronic disease and building a long independent life.

To everyone sitting at home dreaming about the person they could be, take that step outside your comfort zone because I promise that life can be so much more fulfilling when your surrounded by your passions and people who share the same interests as you!
