At 49 years old I had a heart attack, died and came back to life

It has been a busy year. I work hard at my day job and often it sees me travelling throughout the province, but there are no excuses if you want to get the results. You gotta show up and do whatever it takes. Stop complaining, go train and put the fork down.

It’s definitely getting harder as I get older not to mention all of the surgeries but here we go, almost 49 years old and 3 days till the beaches of San Salvo Marina, Italia with my beautiful wife

Luna, a beloved white toy Maltese, was just shy of her 12th birthday on October 14, 2024, when she peacefully passed. Luna had a love for the simple joys in life—nestling in the soft comfort of her bed, where she could sleep for hours, and being a faithful sentinel, always ready to bark with excitement whenever someone knocked on the door. Her sweet, friendly nature and undeniable beauty brought light and warmth to every room she entered. Luna was more than just a pet; she was a loyal companion, a source of joy, and a constant comfort. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who loved her.
