Join us this Sunday for a deeply restorative multi artist sound bath in Oshawa ✨

This experience is an invitation to fully rest and receive. You’ll be guided into a comfortable, lying down position where you can drift into meditation or even sleep, while being immersed in the live sounds of harp, sound bowls, chimes, other soothing instruments, and angelic vocals.

As the layers of sound gently wash over you, the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset. It’s a space to release tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

I will also be offering gentle Reiki touch throughout the session to support deeper relaxation and energetic balance.

Use it to go to God.

What if something happens that you can’t quite handle? what if your normal methods of dealing with life don’t work in a given situation? What does one do then? Let me tell you, one uses that same wound to go to the source and be in peace and love amidst it all. “The wound is where the light enters you” wrote Rumi.

Let it enter you, use it to go to God.

We all have an inner child waiting to be seen, listened to, and embraced, because that inner child is the one who lost it’s innocence with every layer of ego that was created around it by non other than you. That inner child is waiting for you to see it under all those layers and say to it “it’s ok sweetheart, I got you, you can share with me your pain, I will not ask you to be strong, you can be yourself with me”. In that moment, you find peace, and you will find love.

That inner child might as well be the source of your soul and your connection to divine source. Let that connection be more real than any layer of the ego, and let the heart stay open, no matter what comes your way.

I wish that you connect to that part of yourself on a daily.

I wish you love and peace, on the inside, between you and you and between you and God.

On Addiction.

We use things to numb pain and end up confusing the relief of pain with love. As a result we forget what love is.

Food, alcohol, people, s*x, shopping, drugs, exercise, phone, ci******es, thinking patterns, and other things are popular methods to numb ourselves. Some of them have become normalized in our society.

Addiction is giving us the illusion of safety because it seamingly protects us from the pain that we thought we couldn’t endure when we chose addiction over pain.

However an addict, while feeling in control and protected from pain, is also numb to all the other natural states of unconditional love and joy.

For an addict, the energy is blocked at the lower three chakras where it can’t flow up to the heart, the addict uses his will, control, and power to protect the heart from pain.

Real change and freedom requires one to endure that pain, and go through numerous counts of metaphysical death and rebirth cycles that would follow, also known as withdrawals. It requires great will to relax in the face of the storm, and let the energy that was blocked go up and pass through the heart.

An affirmation might sound like: “I am not one to numb my pain with _______, for I want to feel true love”. Try it.

Another one is “I can handle anything that comes my way, my heart is open, gentle, yet strong”.

As we’re nearing the end of 2023 I want to express my gratitude for having been alive every day this year, for the breaths my body took even when I wasn’t paying attention or trying, for my mind that is always working for me to store and process information in the best way it knows how, and for every cell of my body that kept doing its thing, dividing being born, and dying (whatever it is the cells are doing to support my time here) - I thank that. I want to express gratitude for the same processes that kept working for my kids, my family, my loved ones, and the ones who I was fortunate to meet and connect with on a deep level, and you 🫶🏻

Life was good in 2023. Let it be just as good for us in 2024.

This human experience is amazing, and if it’s true that all of this was created out of nothing (quantum field made from light) then watching it and participating in it becomes exciting - like an artist admiring her work and thinking - “wow I did that?”

There are no shortcuts for the spiritual seeker. You can’t be in love, ecstasy, bliss and health without surrendering. Not yesterday, not a year ago, but whenever a new layer of that which is not love is presented to you in the present moment.

That’s how you get to know yourself and god.

❦ When we make the commitment to ourselves and others and join in mediation, we join our hearts in prayer of unity, love, inspiration, and joy. We commit to the intention of staying present and connected to the moment that’s in front of us transcending the thinking mind and emotional heart.
