The strategies are useful, as long as you are consistent, there is nothing better than consistency in order for you to see changes in your body.

Yes!!! you will have some days when things are not going to go perfect, but you always can go back to your strategies and system ❤️

A lot of women are very obsessed with the scale, they only consider success or failure 😞 if the weight on the scale changes or not.

✅Body composition is what you want to focus on… don’t take me wrong, at the beginning of my programs my clients weight themselves but they also take measurements on their waist line, their thighs, and they arms because at the end of the day we want changes on the body mass and fat loss more than the scale.

I have seen clients losing from 4 to 10 inches of belly fat and overall volume and that is a win!🥇 regardless of what the scale says….

✅Less guessing on what to eat and what is good for them
✅Feeling energized and less achy in the mornings
✅Feeling and looking good on their clothes
✅Less inflammation and cravings all day long

The main point is to start with simple steps that are easy to follow.
More consistency and a clear plan will show changes they want and from there more satisfaction and encouragement happens 🙌
