FEBRUARY ZOOM GROUP CLASSES
Winter rest (from the German term Winterruhe), is a period of reduced activity in nature—plants and animals—designed to conserve energy during cold, resource-scarce months. For humans, this season is ideal for rejuvenation, offering a time for inward focus, deeper sleep, repairing tissues, and aligning with natural rhythms to avoid burnout.
Need I say more to encourage you to join yoga through February?
Zoom Group Classes
• Wednesdays (Chair-supported, Knee-friendly)
February 4, 11, 18, 25 -- 10:30 to 11:30 AM
• Saturdays (Regular) February 7, 14, 21, 28 -- 10:30 to 11:00 AM
FEE:
$50 for any 4 classes, $75 for all 8 classes paid in advance.
OR $15/class on a drop-in basis

Please register by Sunday February 1, and I will confirm with a Zoom Link Invitation on Monday February 2.
I look forward to seeing you on Zoom for mindful mobility, tuning into overlooked parts of our body, releasing pent-up stress, and working with the power of breath. On these dates with your body, mind and spirit, we will gently work with Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Stillness and Breath.
Please also remember the option of Private Zoom or In-person sessions. They have worked very well for individuals, small family groups and groups of friends - All have booked classes that better fit their schedules and/or their unique needs. Unique sessions for unique needs are a great pleasure 😀
