The main 3 steps I teach my students in Reiki: they prepare you to give Reiki, increase the flow of Reiki energy, and determine where the client needs Reiki. Engaging the 3 pillars helps ensure that the session is given while one is in a ‘healing’ state.

Its associated color is yellow, hence its links to fire and, more broadly, the sun.☀️😎🌅

It is directly linked to your sense of self. This energy center is associated with your self-esteem, sense of purpose, personal identity, individual will, digestion, and metabolism.

Out of balance:

👎Aggressive, overly rigid, or controlling behavior
