Happy Pride Month! 🌈

This month, we celebrate 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and reaffirm our commitment to respect, inclusion, and equity in health care and beyond.

As a professional association representing Registered Practical Nurses in Ontario, we recognize the vital role nurses play in creating safe, compassionate, and affirming spaces for patients, colleagues, and communities.

Pride is a time to celebrate, reflect, and continue working toward a more inclusive future for all.

Whether you’re new to nursing research or simply interested in learning more, participating in research studies is one way for RPNs to get involved and contribute to meaningful work.

Registered Practical Nurses can support research by sharing their perspectives, experiences, and insights through available studies. Many studies are as simple as completing an online survey.

Taking part in research can help inform improvements in care, practice, processes, and patient outcomes.
