Recently, someone called me “weird” for my lifestyle choices—like avoiding processed foods, skipping chain restaurants, not partaking alcohol and choosing a hike over binge-watching TV. You know what?

In today's world, we are increasingly influenced by advertising. Every day we face advertising of alcohol, carbonated drinks, hamburgers, chips, medicines and electronic ci******es. But why is there no healthy diet, good habits and clean water on this list? The answer to this question is quite simple - most companies that produce healthy food and beverages do not have such financial capabilities as large producers of alcohol, carbonated drinks and fast food. These companies cannot afford the same large-scale advertising campaign.

On the other hand, producers of alcohol, carbonated drinks and fast food have huge advertising budgets, and they use every way to attract the attention of consumers. They don't care how harmful it is to people's health.

Unfortunately, many of us do not think about what we eat and drink, and how it affects our health. We are used to the fact that our plates and glasses should be filled with fast and convenient food and drinks. “Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Laura who had always been in a rush. She was always running around and never took the time to stop and appreciate the beauty around her. She was so focused on her career that she didn't even notice the people or the world around her. Her head was tilted down, even when she walked, and her eyes glued to a shiny screen of her phone.
One day, as Laura was rushing to work, texting and checking her social media, she bumped into an old man who was taking a leisurely walk. The man fell down, and his walking stick broke. Laura was mortified and apologized profusely, offering to buy him a new walking stick.

The old man smiled warmly and said, "My dear, it's not about the walking stick. It's about slowing down and appreciating what's around you. Beauty is everywhere, just raise your eyes, let your gaze wonder! Be present."

Laura was taken aback by the old man's words. She realized that she had been missing out on so much by always being in a rush. She decided then and there to slow down and start paying attention to the world around her.

As she walked to work, she took in the sights and sounds of the city. She noticed the way the sun was shining on the buildings, the sound of birds chirping in the trees, and the way people were smiling and greeting each other.

From that day on, Laura took the time to appreciate the little things in life. She stopped to smell the flowers, took long walks in the park, and even started to meditate in the morning. She found that by being present and aware, she was much happier and more fulfilled than she had ever been before.

In the end, Laura thanked the old man for his words of wisdom. They had changed her life in ways she never thought possible. She finally understood that beauty was all around her, she just needed to be present and take the time to appreciate.”

When we light candles at home
we feel cozy , warm and safe. This feeling of security, when we look at a flickering candle flame, is embedded deep in our subconscious, in our genes.

After all, when our ancestors gathered around the fire in the evening, they felt warm, surrounded by their tribe, and safe from predators.

🔥 I love candles, bonfires, fireplaces!
They give us the atmosphere of coziness at home.
Some people also like candles for their different scents.
But are they so safe, those candles we buy, and which aromas we inhale?

💫 Let's figure it out:

Paraffin candles, when burned, release toluene and benzene, known carcinogens. These are the same chemicals found in diesel exhaust.

Candle scent is also dangerous. 80-90% of fragrance ingredients are "synthesized from petroleum and some from acetone, phenol, toluene, benzyl acetate and limonene," according to a University of Maryland study.

Only natural candles are safe.

There are safe candles made from natural waxes and natural essential oils.

✅A natural candle should include only 3 ingredients:

- natural wax
-essential oils
- cotton or wood wick

Natural wax is of the following types: soy wax, coconut wax, beeswax.
I honestly prefer beeswax candles.

Remember that only essential oils make a candle 100% natural.

But you know what I love more than candles?
After all, if you have children, cats, dogs, it may not be so safe. You will not leave burning candles at home to leave even for a few minutes.

I have seen women in their twenties complaining about a new wrinkle they have on the face!
Wrinkle Free society!
Barbie faces even at 50-60 years old.
At what cost though?
Expensive injection, operation, which leave faces unrecognizable most of the time and need to be repeated on a regular basis.

Wrinkles give us our individuality, they show a lot about our personality and character!
And the first wrinkles that appear on the face are mimic.
And after 50 years, it is easy to guess the character by the face of a person, because the most familiar emotion leaves its mark!
So it’s time to start thinking about how you will be perceived in adulthood from your youth.

Is it easy to minimize wrinkles without any “artificial” invasions?

💫What do we have to do:
To "erase" unwanted facial expressions from the face?

You can learn relaxation techniques that will help you cope with stress and relax your facial muscles.

Also, cultivate self-discipline. Pay attention to whether a tense grimace has frozen on your face. And... smile!😊
The more often and sincerely you rejoice, the higher the likelihood that your friendly smile will stay with you for a long time.
