3 myths about chronic pain that are keeping you stuck (and the truth that will set you free):

MYTH #1: "If doctors can't find anything, it must be in my head" ❌ WRONG. Traditional diagnostic tools measure physical markers beautifully—but they weren't designed to detect trapped emotions or spiritual blocks. Just because a test can't measure it doesn't mean it's not real. Your body speaks multiple languages; bloodwork is just one of them.

MYTH #2: "I've tried everything, nothing works for me" ❌ WRONG. You've tried everything within the physical dimension. But have you addressed the emotional root cause? The spiritual blocks? Most treatment plans only address the physical—which is why many people stay stuck.

MYTH #3: "My diagnosis means I have to live like this forever" ❌ WRONG. A diagnosis is information, not a life sentence. I've seen Stage 3 kidney disease improve to Stage 2. Asthma disappear in 10 minutes. "Permanent" conditions reverse. Your body CAN heal when you address what's missing: the emotional and spiritual dimensions.

The truth? Your body has been trying to tell you something. You just needed someone to translate the parts traditional methods don’t cover.

A lot of people are going to come at me for this in the comments, but...

Your "normal" blood work doesn't mean you're fine.

Most people believe that if their blood work comes back normal, there must not be anything wrong—even though they feel terrible.

I say... NOT TRUE. Here's why:

I know from personal experience that any dysfunction in the body can be detected in a person's chi/life force LONG before any symptoms show up in traditional tests.

Your body has been screaming at you for months (or years), but Western medicine's tools aren't designed to detect emotional or spiritual imbalances yet.

So if you're not feeling great and can't find a clinical or medical reason?

You're not crazy. It's NOT in your head. Your body IS speaking—we just need different tools to translate.

Honestly, half the time, I didn't really know how I was feeling with my emotions. Yes, I knew the basics, but if I didn’t take the time to delve a bit deeper, I would never have gained the freedom I did in my own health. It doesn't take long, and it's not difficult; you just have to know what to do. And sometimes, when people hear, "we have to deal with our emotions" to feel better in our bodies, they get a bit squirmy or weird. Like emotions are this big ominous, scary thing we never want to touch. But it's just not true!

We don't need to drudge up lots of old trauma - yes, because trauma gets stuck in our bodies too. But we can do it quite easily, without talking about the trauma or having to re-live it to the nth degree.

I am super excited to help people improve their pain and health challenges with this framework I've created from my years of experience and learning.

I've called it the Source to Freedom Framework - because together, we'll delve into the source or cause of your pain and health challenge from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective.

Now, I'm not a doctor, and I'm not telling you to disregard what your doctor is telling you.

But I'm adding to that so you can get free of the restriction that you've been feeling.

If you've felt stuck in regards to your health. Or if a health condition hasn't improved or has become more chronic. You feel like you've tried everything.

Are conventional methods to improve your health or get rid of your pain not working?

Hey, I can talk about this bluntly because I used to be a physical therapist. With what I know now, I shake my head at what I was doing all those years ago. I wonder...how much more I could have helped people if I knew what I knew now! Because as a physical therapist, I was only dealing with the physical aspect of the body - the injury, the pain, the functional movement - all very important, of course, but not the only solution.

I don't believe we can compartmentalize our bodies like that.

I now know our bodies are this beautiful complex unit where everything is connected - our physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves. And when we can treat all these aspects of ourselves by recognizing the messages your body is giving you, that's when we can start to free ourselves of months/years of pain or health challenges.

Your doctor won't tell you this. Your physical therapist won't tell you this - I know - because I was that physical therapist....who just didn't know. It wasn't my fault, I was just never taught it.

Now after years of studying, researching, and better understanding how our body works on all these levels, I am confident that whatever you are dealing with, it can improve, even if you haven't had any movement towards the improvement you've hoped for.

Once you start accepting this, and learning what your body is telling you, that's when you can start to experience more freedom.
