Before an energetics session, one of the most important things to remember is that there is no “right” way to experience it.

Every session can feel different. You may notice emotions, memories, sensations, movement, stillness, shifts in energy or you may not notice much at all. None of it means you’re doing it wrong.

You don’t have to force an emotional release, chase a sensation, or make something happen. Let the experience unfold at its own pace, while staying connected to your breath, body, and sense of safety.

Your body may also respond in unexpected ways. You might feel warmth, tingling, shaking, heaviness, lightness, emotion, or simply a deep sense of stillness. These responses can vary from one session to the next.

There is no experience you’re supposed to have.

There’s something special about handmade pieces, the little variations, the texture, the feeling that no two pieces are exactly alike.

We’re drawn to dinnerware that feels like more than just something you eat from. Pieces that bring a little more intention to everyday rituals, from your morning coffee to a slow dinner at the end of the day.

Made by hand. Meant to be used. Made to become part of your everyday.

Because sometimes, it’s the little details that make an ordinary day feel a little more special.

Do not come at me with esoteric information. I was deep within it for over 20 years. I played that character for a very long time. And yes, I do believe in spirits and evil, but for the most part, with most people, and in most life circumstances, ain't nobody doing jadoo vaddo, mantr jantr, obhea, or black magic on you. Most times you are the evil minded one and you don't actually have the courage to admit it. Most times you're the jealous, never satisfied, judgemental one, and you justify your thoughts to make it excusable and acceptable. Also do consider that you are living in this body this one time but you've had many lives before this body and you have no idea what you've done in those lifetimes and what you've brought into this lifetime. So yeah, this is a very nuanced topic that can't be explained as matter of fact or black and white categorization, however, through years or experience of living deep inside that world and also seeing it from a different perspective now, MOST of the time it's not other people you need to protect yourself from. No amount of evil eye charms are going to help you because you are perpetuating that very negative belief and thought. What matters most is the work you put into connecting yourself to the rhythm of life, nature, creation, destruction, all of it, and accepting it all as life, as it is, not as you want it to be.

Beef tallow has been used in traditional skincare practices for generations, and the process of turning it into a usable balm is surprisingly simple.

The fat is rendered slowly to separate the tallow from impurities, then filtered and refined into a smooth, shelf-stable ingredient that can be used in skincare.

Tallow is naturally rich in fatty acids, which can help support the skin barrier and leave the skin feeling soft and moisturized.

It’s a reminder that skincare doesn't always have to start with something complicated.

Sometimes, it starts with a simple ingredient and a simple process.

Psilocybin isn't a shortcut to healing. For some, it can create space for deeper reflection, insight, and a different perspective but the experience itself is only one part of the process.

What happens before and after matters just as much: setting an intention, preparing intentionally, having the right support, and taking time to integrate what comes up.

Before asking, “Am I ready for a psilocybin journey?” ask yourself:

Am I ready to face what may surface?
Do I have the stability and support to process it?
Am I willing to do the work beyond the experience?

Because healing isn’t just about what you experience. It’s about what you do with what you discover. Psilocybin isn't a cure, it's in an invitation inwards.

We all have patterns we move through without really noticing.

The way we react. The things we avoid. The stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes, the first step toward change isn't trying to break the pattern, it's becoming curious about why it's there in the first place.

Psilocybin-assisted therapy can create space to explore those patterns with greater awareness and curiosity, within a therapeutic setting.

Because understanding yourself isn't about judging what you find.
It's about becoming more aware of what has been shaping you.

What if mental wellness wasn’t only about managing symptoms, but about understanding ourselves on a deeper level?

Psilocybin therapy is gaining attention for its potential to shift the way we approach mental health. Research suggests that, in carefully supported therapeutic settings, psilocybin may help create a temporary change in patterns of thought, emotional processing, and perspective, giving some people an opportunity to explore experiences they may have felt stuck in.

But the medicine itself isn’t the whole story.

The therapeutic setting, preparation, guidance, and integration that follow are essential parts of the process. Psilocybin isn’t a universal solution or a replacement for therapy, and it can carry meaningful psychological risks. The goal isn’t to chase a profound experience, it’s to create a safe, intentional space where insight can potentially become meaningful change.

As research continues to develop, psilocybin therapy is challenging us to think beyond simply treating what’s wrong and toward understanding how people might reconnect with themselves, process difficult experiences, and build new perspectives.

The question isn’t just what psilocybin can make you feel. It’s what you’re able to understand, integrate, and carry forward afterward.
