☕️ Coffee staining isn’t always a yellow tint on your teeth, sometimes it can be dark brown spots that are virtually impossible to remove with brushing at home.

One thing I always recommend is drinking your coffee/tea/pop through a straw to minimize contact with your teeth!
How many cups of coffee do you have a day? I’m usually okay with one cup of coffee every morning and I’m slowly trying to start drinking tea instead. •
