When a home owner comes to us and asks us specifically how we deal with an uneven floor of an old Toronto home it's never a surprise. A majority of the homes being renovated in Toronto were built fifty years ago or more. It's natural that over time your house will sink. In some cases we've seen floors that are six inches out of level from one end to the other. In fact this house is that incident. So when a homeowner or Realestate agent calls us and asks if this situation can be addressed professionally and or even fixed. We tell them they've come to the right place.

We finished this project over the wknd and this happy family is ready to proceed with their house renovations.

We struggled through rain, and some cold weather , but this framing job is finally done . Apart from the tarp , the roofers will deal with that
