I don’t know why oatmeal and oats get such a bad rap, but they can actually be a great food for weight loss (especially when dressed up with protein and healthy fats!). We have lots of research showing oatmeal’s benefits for heart health, blood sugar, digestion, and appetite management.

Why are we still doing the raw fruit / fruitarian diet in 2026? Friends, I’m a BIG fan of fruit, but we need a diverse range of foods to provide protein, omega 3 healthy fats, iron, zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. The raw fruit diet is a huge pass for me.
