As a person who struggled to understand this I can’t emphasize how important it is to ensure you’re taking care of yourself as well. As a mother, sister, brother, son, you are no good to those around you if you neglect your own personal care. You may be wondering and yes I can confirm this is the same foot lol (not filters or enhancements). I suffer from extremely dry feet in the winter, (as you can clearly see in the picture on the left) and the only thing that works is our Shea butter. It’s extremely moisturizing and will change the way your skin feels. Since you can’t go to the spa or get a pedicure right now, give yourself a spa day by using our Shea butter once you get out of the shower, trust us, you won’t regret it (link in bio). ❤️🌺
