Our International Agricultural Worker Wellness Program team was excited to trial a mini Well-being Boost workshop in the Brant-Haldimand-Norfolk region! These mini workshops were built to foster connection and a sense of community as workers arrive in Canada for the 2026 growing season 🍎

From the barn to the pasture, motherhood is everywhere in agriculture. Today we celebrate all of the moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunties, animal moms and the women who care for every living creature on the farm with care and compassion. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at AgWO! 💐

Showing up for each other on the farm doesn’t have to be complicated! A quick drive to check out crops, lending a hand in the barn or stopping by for a coffee can go a long way in staying connected 🌱☕️

This Mental Health Week, we encourage you to think about the ways you can show up for each other because in agriculture, support is often found in the simple, everyday moments.

Its Day 2 of Mental Health Week and today we are celebrating the ways in which we connect through community events. Whether at a farm show, cattle show, plowing match or rural fair, we are always so happy to spend time connecting with those who live and work in agriculture!🚜
