Vegan sweet potato mac and cheese!

Step aside pumpkin 🙂

We had a little left over sweet potato from dinner last night. So of course I figured it would be great to make with our plant-based cheeze sauce powder.

This was quick and easy.

While the pasta water boiled I blended a half cup of cooked sweet potato with a cup of water, 1/4 cup of our cheese powder and some olive oil.

Once mixed I simmered on the stove for a few minutes until thick and creamy.

Vegan rose sauce! Ready in minutes.

Try this quick and easy sauce. Made with our vegan cheese powder. So many ways to prepare our cheese powder.

1/4 cup cheese powder
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2,cup tomato marinara sauce
1 Tbsp vegan butter

Whisked together and lightly simmered for a few minutes.

Yves vegan meatballs added to the simmering sauce.

New recipe!

Gluten-free vegan cheese latkes.

Made with our plant-based cheese powder.

This recipe is so easy and quick.

2 cups shredded potato
1 shredded shallot
1/4 cup of Vegan Canteen cheese powder

Oil for frying
Chives for garnish

Grate 4 Yukon gold potatoes and the shallot.

Rinse and drain the potato mix. Let the excess water drain.

Measure out 2 cups of the shredded potato and onion mix. Place in bowl.

Mix in 1/4 of cheese powder. Mix thoroughly. Let sit for a few minutes so the powder absorbs the water.

Heat oil in a pan. Low to medium heat. I had the electric stove set at 3.

Form and fry one latke. Add more powder if needed.

Fry up the rest and enjoy.

Vegan mac and cheese with spicy Field Roast sausage, spinach and sun-dried tomato. So good.

Made with our plant-based cheese sauce powder.

For the sauce:

1/4 cup powder
3/4 cup oat milk
1 Tbsp vegan butter

Whisk it all together and bring up to a simmer on medium heat. The sauce will thicken quite a bit after simmering a few minutes.
