We kicked off 2026 with a cold plunge / Polar Bear–style dip here in Charlottetown ❄️

I was joined by some amazing wellness practitioners—and most special of all, our Pious, who turned 9 years old on January 1 💙 and daughter Kyla.

Cold plunges have real benefits for the mind and body, but for us, this was about starting the year clean: letting go of excuses, fear, and comfort that holds us back.

It was a reminder that wellness is lived, shared, and passed on—not just talked about.

Cold water. Deep breaths. Strong hearts.

Here’s to a grounded, courageous 2026.
