Welcome to the Himalaya Salt Cave Healing Group Event

Sound Bath with Guided Meditation and Healing Energy Movements

Step into stillness for 90 minutes, let the sound of the 7 chakra crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean wave drum, shamanic rattle and hand drum wash over you.

We’ll begin with gentle breath work, intention settings, healing energy movements( qigong and more) then you’ll lie down, close your eyes, and receive. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension and anxiety , increase energy flow, elevate the soul, and restore balance to body and mind.

No experience needed. Just bring an eye mask if needed for deeper relaxation, a notebook and pen for reflective journaling at the end of the event.
