✨ Feeding your baby isn’t always as simple as we expect. Pain, supply issues, or feeds that just feel harder than they should. These are all things I help families with every day.

Every family’s feeding journey looks a little different. You don’t have to push through the hard parts on your own. Support can make feeding feel calmer, more comfortable, and more sustainable for you and your baby. 💛

That’s where I come in— I work with you and your baby pre- and post-release to gently retrain and support optimal feeding patterns, ensuring you both thrive as you move forward.

Together, we’ll address the underlying issues and create a plan that sets you up for success, every step of the way. You’re not alone on this journey—I’m here to guide you through it all.

Through my years in nursing, I saw soo many families struggling with various feeding challenges. About a year and a half ago, I noticed how common these issues were in our area, with families not only struggling to meet the WHO recommendations for exclusive breastfeeding but also in achieving their own personal feeding goals. I knew families needed more access to personalized, flexible support. That’s why I became an IBCLC—to provide the tailored support necessary for you to reach your unique goals.

Whatever your feeding journey looks like, I’m here to support you. 🤱✨

🌈 Four Signs You Should See an IBCLC 🌈

Breastfeeding can be a beautiful journey, but it's not always smooth sailing. Here are four signs it might be time to consult an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant:
👶You have persistent pain with breast/chestfeeding
👶One feeding session takes FOREVER
👶You frequently get “plugged ducts”, engorgement, or mastitis
👶You think your supply might be too low or too high for your baby

An IBCLC can provide the support and guidance you need to overcome challenges and achieve your breastfeeding goals. Don't hesitate to reach out—you're not alone on this journey! 💖
