November 2020...Tonight a new customer was pleasantly surprised! We did a zoom call to do some demos together and the results were great so I wanted to share with you guys.
Toby put his new socks on and his mobility test where we twist was so much more flexible than the first time!
I then asked him to write the word irresponsible, I didn't tell him how to spell it and number 1 was how he wrote it, great that it was joined up but a bit all over the place and obviously incorrect, which I didn't tell him.
I then got him to put the sleeve on.
10 minutes chatting and then I asked him to write it again, not giving any clues as to any corrections needed.
I'm sure you can see the difference, I know the letters aren't joined up but at least they're legible, correctly formed and correctly spelt this time!
This was all within 10 minutes. And getting the sleeve on was a little tricky and normally Toby would have a 'mental moment' as he calls them, a bit of a meltdown, but he didn't because he had his socks on, he stayed calmer and once I showed him the trick to putting mine on he managed it.
Really happy with this instant result, hoping Toby has a great night's sleep in his new socks as sleep is a bit tricky too.
