Done ✅ in 20 Minutes

🌟 just a few reminders.

You should feel tired at the end of your reps. If not - time to make it harder.

Add some weights, or increase the reps up to 20-30x

⭐️ With exercise we should always feel good about our pelvic health.

No leaking.
No heaviness
No significant aggravation of back or pelvic pain.

If you want some video workouts to try or follow along to check out our YouTube channel for more.

Simple tips to support your pelvic floor during pregnancy

1) avoid constipation. It’s pressure and it’s strain for the pelvic floor muscles.
They are already undergoing a ton of change and pressure. Avoiding constipation is VERY helpful to pelvic health.

2) learn how to properly do pelvic floor exercise. Research says you’re probably not - so check out our masterclass. We talk you through it.

3) Exercise (moderate) and probably not as intense as you think 🤔 has incredible benefits for you and baby. Also if you’re tired, sick or sore don’t worry every little bit counts- just keep doing your best. ❤️
