Most people have no idea what PRP can actually do for them🩸

I love a treatment that works with my body, not against it. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses our own growth factors to stimulate collagen, calm inflammation, and improve texture from the inside out - no filler, no foreign substances.

It’s one of my favourites to recommend because the results are subtle, progressive, and genuinely good for your skin long-term!

What one year in business has taught me 🫶🏼 The aesthetics side, the business side, the marketing side - there was so much to learn (and still is!) starting Tides.

But I think the biggest lesson was that I didn’t need to have it all figured out to find success and build something meaningful. I just had to trust myself enough to take the first step… and the next one… and keep going!
